EFT Memberships
The following policy will apply to EFT memberships. EFT members are those whose monthly membership fee is automatically transferred from the member’s checking account to the Siskiyou Family YMCA:
Members will pay the first month of membership “up front”. Transfers will begin the following month and will be debited on the 15th day of the month.
Withdrawal is continuous and may increase with 30 days prior notification
Members must notify the Siskiyou Family YMCA in writing 30 days prior to any changes in the account, i.e., bank change, account # change, etc.
In order to cancel the withdrawal, members must provide 30 days written notice to the Siskiyou Family YMCA prior to the next transfer.
The following are grounds for termination of the membership:
1. Closed Account
2. Invalid Account Number
3. Authorization revoked by member
4. Payment stopped by member
5. Account frozen
6. Non-payment for reason of insufficient funds
A 10-day grace period will be allowed cancelled members. During that time members will be notified in writing that their membership will be cancelled if the account is not reconciled prior to the date of cancellation.
After a membership is cancelled, in order to rejoin the Siskiyou Family YMCA, the member must pay the applicable joiner fee.
In order to reinstate membership terminated for any of the above reasons, the members must reimburse the Siskiyou Family YMCA for any fees incurred by the Siskiyou Family YMCA as a result of non-payment by the member.
Members may request to suspend their membership for a maximum period of 3 months. The request must be made in writing at lease 30 day prior to the date of suspension.
Periodic Payment Members
The following policy will apply to members that make payment on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis:

A 10-day grace period will be allowed cancelled members. During that time members will be notified in writing that their membership will be cancelled if the account is not reconciled prior to the date of cancellation.
Members may request to suspend their membership for a maximum of 3 months in writing 30 days in advance.
